Welcome!

Welcome to Special Education Transition.  I did not know this area of special education existed until I fell into it three years ago.  Now, it is my passion.  Since state differ in resources I know the most about Wisconsin.  However, much of what is done with students to help them transition can be done around the world.  In addition, perhaps someone will have a new idea for us to use in Wisconsin, or get ideas from the things we are doing in Wisconsin.
